Aiming to create a pleasant experience for users, the bank decided to conduct the loan application process using a friendly, conversational interface as a sales assistant.
A PWA (Progressive Web App) was developed with the purpose to target web and mobile users with a single application.
Using agile methods, the Opus team was able to develop an application in a short term (4 months), including all backend integrations.
